What services do you offer?

We provide residential, commercial, deep clean, move-in/move-out, Airbnb & Short-Stay Turnover and custom cleaning plans—all tailored to your needs and coordinated remotely with trusted local professionals.

 

Are your cleaners trained and background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner we work with is fully vaccinated, insured, and trained to deliver high standards of quality and service. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

How do I book a cleaning service?

Booking is simple. Use our online form or call/email us, choose your service type, select your preferred date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How can I prepare my home for cleaning?

To help us deliver the best results, we recommend tidying up personal belongings, dishes, and laundry before your cleaner arrives. This allows our team to focus entirely on deep cleaning your home rather than organising items. If you have pets, securing them in a safe space is helpful. For special requests—like focusing on certain rooms or problem areas—just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Cleaning Questions

How many cleaners will come to my house?

That depends on which of our cleaners are available in your area at the time and day you’ve requested the service to take place. For bigger jobs, it’s usually two people, but for smaller jobs it may just be one person.

Do you provide the cleaning equipment & products?

Absolutely. We bring all the required cleaning supplies and equipment. Should you wish for our cleaners to use your own equipment or products, simply leave a note at checkout or contact us at 1300 905 032.

What is a Deep Clean?

A Deep Clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the last 3 months. It consists of everything that a regular cleaning offers and more.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your home, pets, and family unless you request alternatives.

Pricing & payments

How much do your services cost?

Our prices vary depending on the type of clean, home or business size, and specific requirements. We provide a free, no-obligation quote before any booking. We also have starting prices for the different types of services we offer.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?

No hidden costs. Any necessary additional items (like carpet stain treatment, extra rooms, or special requests) are discussed and approved before service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Both debit cards and credit cards are accepted. There are no processing fees for any of our charges and all charges are safe and secure. We, unfortunately, do not accept cash payments

Scheduling & availability

How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days ahead to ensure availability, especially during peak times. Same-day service may be possible—just get in touch.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

No problem—as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll adjust or cancel your booking without charge.

In the event of a cancellation at the door without prior notice, a full-price cancellation fee will be applied.

 

Can I book a recurring cleaning service?

Yes—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans are available. Recurring services help keep your space consistently fresh with less hassle.

Do you offer same-day cleaning services?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Special requests

Can I request a specific cleaner for my service?

Yes—if you had a cleaner you liked, let us know and we’ll try to assign them to your future bookings when available.

Can I request eco-friendly or hypoallergenic items?

Absolutely! Our cleaners use eco-friendly supplies and products. Just tell us ahead of time if you have allergies and we’ll adapt accordingly.

 

Do you provide custom cleaning plans?

Yes—we’ll work with you to tailor our services around your priorities, schedule, and budget.

Do you offer cleaning services for special events?

Yes, we do! Whether you’re preparing for a party, hosting a corporate function, or need a thorough post-event cleanup, VersaClean Solutions has you covered. Our team ensures your venue looks spotless before your guests arrive and is restored to perfect condition afterward. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time, as same-day bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
